This workshop deals with accountability, infrastructure, leadership, formal awareness and skills training, open and supportivie conversations, people issues such as recruitment and grievances.

The objective of this workshop is to introduce a process of managing self and others in a diverse environment, in a fair and dignified way, creating a supportive and inclusive environment. In other words, the objectives of the workshop are:
