Dr. Annelie Gildenhuys is the Managing Director of this firm.  She  has established herself as a Diversity facilitator with a differential.

Dr. Annelie Gildenhuys

Annelie is the Managing Director of ANCOR EMPOWERMENT (Pty) Ltd.  She has  twenty years of Human Resources experience.  She is a Master HR Practitioner with the SABPP. She is best known for her skills as Diversity Management Expert and Facilitator.  This passionate mover is the author of the best-selling "ANCOR Employment Equity package", the "Skills Development and Qualifications Package", and recently "Contemporary SA Diversity Conversations". 

Prior to managing ANCOR EMPOWERMENT, Annelie managed the Human Resources port folio for a large South African Corporate.

Annelie holds a PH-d in Industrial sociology – "Leadership style as a component of Diversity management experience". Annelie specialises in presenting the business case for Multiversity Management.  She is a former MBA Lecturer in Employee Relations Strategy.

Annelie is a  well known part-time CCMA/Tokiso Commissioner and former trainer for the CCMA National Accreditation Board.  Recently she has been appointed as BEE Evaluation Panellist for Tokiso Ratings.

She is consultant to  many a Blue Chip Company and has facilitated more than five hundred Diversity Workshops over the last two years. 

Stella Ndhlazi 

Stella holds Fund Raising Management (UNISA) and Advanced Human Resources Programme (UNISA) qualifications.  Formerly from Promat Colleges, she held down two demanding positions as Fundraising Manager and Human Resources Manager for several years.  She is also secretary of the South Africa NGO Coalition and a member of the South African Fundraising Association.

Stella has developed into the area of skills development and is currently employed with the National Heritage Council, as Senior Manager tasked with guiding the Heritage Foundation.

ANCOR EMPOWERMENT has had close connections with Stella over several years and Stella has accepted directorship in ANCOR EMPOWERMENT.  As such she will be closely linked to this organisation in advisory capacity and her skills available to the team.

 

 
 

              Millie Sibiya

     

Millie  a MBA and Human Resources post graduate is a hands on Human Resources and Strategic managment Practitioner with a sound track record in both the public and private sector.  She is a former HR Director for First National Bank and Area Sales Services Director.  She brings an enormous wealth of  practical Human Relations experience and is an energetic facilitator.

Karl Schilling

Karl Schilling, former HR Director,  is a popular consultant who resides in Cape Town.  He has a practical approach to interventions, and has acquired an extensive database of information.  Karl heads up ANCOR EMPOWERMENT in Cape Town.

Karl's qualifications include:

  • Hons. B. Admin (Industrial Psychology)
  • SABPP Master HR Practitioner
  • M.B.A. University of Stellenbosch
  • Registered Psychometrist
  • Former Human Resources Director for 17 years

 

 

Jeanne Gaylard

Jeanne Gaylard, industiral pshycologist and coach,  has been involved in dispute resolution since 1996.  She is a part-time Commissioner for the CCMA and is a Tokiso Panellist.

Jeanne specialises in arbitrations and mediations, and has been involved in sensitive investigations in the workplace such as racism and sexism.

Jeanne, who is often used for executive coaching, is also a trainer for learning programmes such as:

  • Managing conflict in a workplace
  • How to conduct disciplinary hearings
  • Arbitration
  • Mediation
  • CCMA
  • Stress management in the workplace.

Jeanne holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
